Gasthof Johanniter in Bad Mergentheim

Have often ordered something to take away and were very satisfied. When we had to wait a bit for our food, we even got a Coke on the house. Great food and super nice service! :)

Delicious meals without long delivery times at great prices. For 5 stars, that certain something is missing and the interior is impeccable. But would definitely eat here again!

There were 4 of us. One of us had the meal 10 minutes before the other. Served it was okay ... taste okay but nothing special.

Very nice service, very delicious food. However, you should make a reservation in advance, as the restaurant is very busy. We will be back!

Super fair prices for the range of delicious dishes. Have been there several times and tried the different dishes. The atmosphere is very relaxed and not too upscale. Almost rustic in the front area and a bit more modern in the rear area. Top recommendation!

Great value for money, I just didn't like that when we ordered we were told that our table would be reserved from 7:15 p.m. and that a cozy get-together was not possible because we had made a reservation from 6 p.m. The waitress looked at her watch and said only that that should be enough. But I would like to decide for myself how long I need to eat and whether I might want to sit a little longer. So I don't know if I will visit this restaurant again. Too bad, otherwise really recommendable

I enjoyed the Suppe Maultaschen and Käsespaetzle, peaceful garten, and pleasant service. Yeah, there were maybe a tweak or two I could suggest, but overall a nice place with reasonable prices.

Here you are in very good hands, if you like good and bourgeois, German cuisine with taste-explosion guarantee. Anyone who is hungry, the well-intentioned portions are enough auf. We were very pleasantly served and felt and very welcome. It is rare that an operator, in spite of stress takes the time and our special wishes. The beer garden in the courtyard invites especially in summer. Keep it up !

The Gasthof - Johanniter - is located directly in front of the entrance to the Deutschwerfen Museum, which makes it possible to have a nice walk to the spa park after dinner. The dishes came quickly and were really delicious. Unfortunately, the service was a bit overwhelmed, maybe it was because only one service was responsible. We still like to come back!

Very tasty here, and good value for money. All in all a great stay. The three of us ordered the food and less than 10 minutes later the finished food was already on the table. Top! The only thing that is a shame is that it is a bit noisy in the rooms when many people are talking at the same time - but that is bearable. I can definitely recommend the Gasthof Johanniter and I will come back myself. Since it is always well attended, I recommend calling ahead and ordering a table.

Good eat, personal very nice and helpful with all lenguage,idiomas,very hard find place to seat out side....they have place for speak insade.....the eats es continental and german...very nice

The food wasn't all that great but the service was absolutely horrible. Waitress wouldn't even glance our way and took far too long to get menus, then food, and finally the bill. It had maybe 2 other groups in the whole restaurant so it's not like she was too busy.
